What type of window cleaning service do you provide?
We use the latest in water fed pole technology to professionally and efficiently clean windows to a very high standard.

Where is your window cleaning service available?
Our window cleaning services are available in the following areas:

How much will it cost me?
Each house or premises is different. The cost for cleaning your windows will be dependent on a number of factors including the number of windows, difficulty of access, hard to reach windows, type of windows and state of repair. Our prices start from as little as £8 per clean. As a guide, a three bedroom semi-detached house would cost approximately £10 per clean.

I live in a 3-storey town house and I have one window above a conservatory which my current window cleaner cannot reach. How do you reach such difficult to access windows?
Using a water-fed extendable pole we can usually reach previously dangerous and/or difficult aspects of your property including sky-lights and Velux windows.

How regular will you clean my windows?
We work on a four weekly cycle so we will aim to clean your windows every 4 weeks. This may vary slightly due to holidays, weather and sickness.

Do you use ladders?
No. We use water fed poles that can reach up to 35ft so we do not require ladders. This makes the task much safer and less disruptive.

What does pure water do?
When pure water is used for window cleaning the impurities on the glass are held in the water, as pure water strives to return to its impure state. The glass is then given a final rinse to leave the glass totally sterile. It will usually take at least 2 -3 cleans to rinse all previous soap residues away. With spot free water, your windows dry spotless without the need of wiping the contaminates off. No detergent residue means that windows do not get dirty so quickly, your windows inevitably stay cleaner and longer.

What if my back gate is locked?
We can access the majority of gardens using a stepladder.

Will you clean my windows on the same day every time?
No, due to the varying factors affecting the schedule, it is not possible to clean your windows on the same day every time.

Can you clean my windows when I am at home?
Due to the difficulties with scheduling the cleaning round, it is not possible to guarantee that we can clean your property at a specific time or day.

What hours do you work?
Monday to Friday 08.00 - 18.00. On rare occasions we may also work on a Saturday

Will you clean my windows in the rain?
Yes, we will clean your windows when it is raining. Due to the unpredictable British weather it is not possible for us to schedule all our work when it is not raining. As we use a pure water system the quality of the clean is not affected by rain.

Why don't you dry the windows?
Because we use 100% pure water to clean, the windows dry spotless.

Do you clean frames and ledges?
When we use the pure water fed poles we clean all the window, including frames and ledges.

How will you know when we have called?
If you are out when we call we will leave a card stating that 'Your windows have been cleaned today', together with a stamped addressed envelope for you to return with your payment.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in the form of cash, cheques, internet banking transfer, PayPal and BACS payments

If you would like to pay by internet banking, we will supply our bank sort code and account number so you can do this. You would need to use the first line of your address as your payment reference, so that we can identify your payment.

Will the water fed pole damage my windows?
No, the water fed pole system will not damage your property. This is because both the brush and the water fed pole system are specially made for the purpose of cleaning windows. The water fed pole is made from fibre glass, making it very light, strong and controllable.

What if I'm not happy with the service?
While there are usually no problems with the quality of our service it is only human to 'miss a spot' from time to time. If you are not happy then simply call us within 24 hours and we will come out to correct any problem free of charge

Can you clean my conservatory?
Yes, we can clean your conservatory at an additional cost.
